This year we had 14 different interactive zones designed to allow attendees to experience the different solutions, Lenovo has to enhance the learning experience for students, teachers and education leaders. It was exciting to speak to over 600 different educators at our Professional Development Centre to discuss key topics both current and future towards the education industry.
Our stand and talks covered a wide range of solutions for educational institutions like: STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and our sustainability project "Turning Waste into Educational Wonder" program, esports and its potential as a respectable extracurricular activity, and other vital solutions and products to support pupils and educators alike.

We had over 600 people join us and learn from speakers from Microsoft, Intel, Google and more, each hosting their own discussions about how tech developments are transforming education. You can also learn more about the Intel® Skills for Innovation Initiative. Turning waste into educational wonder
We ship, on average, hundreds of millions of Lenovo devices across the globe every year. And while we make sure every box they arrive in can be recycled, we believe that they can have a more valuable purpose.
That’s why we’re proud to be partnering with Bett’s sustainability partner to focus on how to adopt a holistic approach to sustainability within edtech. Our ‘Turning Waste into Education Wonder’ project invites students to create various projects from our cardboard boxes. It teaches them more about STEM fundamentals through topics like electricity, resistance forces and robotics.
